Ross Ferrell | MSc, SENr

Ross is a SENr graduate registered practitioner, an ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist and a UK Anti-Doping accredited adviser. Graduating from Oxford Brookes University with an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition, Ross now works as the lead Performance Nutritionist for the Wasps RFC Junior Academy and individual clients under the Perform Nutrition brand.

What is Perform Nutrition?

Central to Perform Nutrition is personalised nutrition, which involves tailoring dietary advice to allow you to reach your sporting, exercise or body shape goals based on your own individual characteristics. Ross works closely with sports enthusiasts, recreational, competitive and elite athletes online and in-person to determine their goals and how they can be best achieved using a tailored nutrition plan and 1-1 support.

Experience

Ross has been fortunate to work with a range of recreational and elite athletes. Notably, Ross works as the lead nutritionist for Wasps Junior Academy RFC to deliver ongoing nutrition support and workshops to all players and tailored 1-1 support to the England professional players.

On top of this, he has worked alongside performance nutritionist Dr James Morehen to provide a weight making nutrition plan and ongoing nutrition support to current cruiserweight European, British and Commonwealth champion boxer Chris Billam-Smith.
